We offer three levels of service.

Level 1 — Core Research & Analysis on a Customized Retainer Basis

his service provides a highly customized database of facts, figures and analysis matched to a company’s predefined information requirements. Information is delivered to you in a written, concise, non-generic form and covers your critical information needs. If your needs change, the project definition is changeable as well.

Fee basis: Fixed fee based on fulfillment of an agreed set of objectives and their achievement within an agreed timetable. Additional incentive payments against the achievement of specific objectives may also be agreed.

Level 2 — Senior-Level Strategic Consultancy Contract

he senior-level strategic consultancy contract is designed for upper management required to make strategic decisions using the knowledge, experience, and the judgement of I.T. Strategies’ senior consultants. The methodology of this contract accounts for the need of executives to receive only highly-summarized data and the opportunity to debate it in person. The consultancy contract is based around a regular series of on-site meetings with a well-prepared agenda and an overall strategic objective.

Fee basis: Fixed fee premised on the achievement of a series of objectives for upper management and executed around a fixed set of prepared and documented on-site meetings. Additional incentive payments against achievement of specific objectives may also be agreed.

Level 3 — Implementation Services

his is designed for I.T. Strategies to actually assist with the implementation of strategies previously set and agreed upon. The needs vary case by case, but might include I.T. Strategies’ investment in relationships with other companies (beyond a simple introduction), help in communicating a new strategy internally and externally to a company, help in putting together quantified and market-tested business models/plans, assistance in finding appropriate management to assist in the execution of a strategy, as well as a range of other areas in which we may be able to provide help.

Fee basis: Customized in each case based on utilization of time and premised on the achievement of a series of objectives and specifically-defined activities. Additional incentive payments against achievement of specific objectives may also be agreed.
