Hanley has more than 21 years of experience in the electronic
printing industry. A technology visionary, he specializes
in identifying new markets for digital color printing technologies.
In addition to conducting research and consulting, he travels
extensively around the world, facilitating partnerships and
strategic alliances between manufacturers in the US, Europe,
and Japan.
Prior
to cofounding I.T. Strategies, Mr. Hanley organized the European
operations of CAP International, subsequently known as BIS
Strategic Decisions. From 1990 to 1992, he was services director
at BIS, responsible for the management and growth of Electronic
Hard Copy Information Services in Asia-Pacific, Europe, and
North America.
Prior
to BIS, Mr. Hanley was the sales and marketing manager of
Nonimpact Printing Products at Wiggins Teape, the largest
European manufacturer of thermal paper. Prior to this, he
worked for Georgia-Pacific-Inveresk group. He is a well-known
speaker at industry events worldwide as well as an author
of articles related to electronic imaging.
Having
lived in different countries of the EC and working in Europe
and North America, Mr. Hanley gained extensive experience
in multiple aspects of the electronic print market. An honors
graduate in history from the University of Manchester, England,
he is fluent in written and spoken French, German, and Italian.
Patricia Williams

Williams is a recognized authority on the impact of digital
output technology on a variety of markets. She has more than
20 years of experience in the electronic printing industry
with particular expertise in current and developing markets
for digital color printing, including wide format, textile,
and packaging applications. She also tracks developments in
media including paper and film, and conducts research and
consulting with media manufacturers and distributors in the
US, Europe, and Japan.
Prior
to joining I.T. Strategies, Ms. Williams was the associate
director of the Hard Copy Supplies Service at BIS Strategic
Decisions, where she researched and consulted on a variety
of topics relating to electronic imaging technologies and
associated industries. Prior to her position with BIS Strategic
Decisions, she was an analyst at International Data Corporation,
where she worked in both the PC and Distribution Programs.
Ms.
Williams' in-depth knowledge is highly regarded in the electronic
printer industry. She frequently speaks at notable industry
forums such as IMIs Large & Grand Format Printing
Conference, IMIs Textile Briefing, CAD Expo, The Bobbin
Show, and conferences sponsored by DPI (Digital Printing &
Imaging Association), PMA (Photo Marketing Association International),
and Intertech Corporation. Ms. Williams is often quoted in
the trade publications and has authored numerous articles
relating to digital color printing markets. Ms. Williams received
a BA. in English from Boston State College and an MA. in linguistics
and writing from Northeastern University.
Marco Boer

Boer is a senior analyst and consultant to the digital printing
industry. He has more than 14 years of experience in advising
and guiding senior executives of Fortune 1000 and smaller
innovative companies to successful business solutions in emerging
digital printing markets.
Currently,
Mr. Boer is a Consulting Partner at I.T. Strategies where
he focuses on emerging digital color printing technologies
and applications for manufacturers of chemistry and hardware.
During his tenure in the industry he has concentrated on applications
for ink jet and laser technology and has been a proponent
for the use of color in business applications and beyond.
Prior
to joining I.T. Strategies, Mr. Boer was manager of International
Data Corporations (IDC) Printer Market Research service.
At IDC, he was responsible for creating and implementing a
worldwide printer research strategy and became a recognized
authority on desktop printers. Prior to IDC, Mr. Boer was
a senior printer analyst at BIS Strategic Decisions, where
he tracked and forecasted the market and trends for both color
and monochrome laser, ink jet, thermal, and dot matrix technologies.
Mr.
Boers in-depth knowledge is highly regarded in the electronic
printer industry. He is frequently quoted by trade magazines
and national newspapers and magazines, including Forbes
and BusinessWeek. He is a speaker at international
conferences sponsored by the Information Management Institute
(IMI), Cowise, the Digital Printing & Imaging Association
(DPI), Intertech Corporation, Giga Information Group, and
others; and he is a company member of DPI, the Photo Marketing
Association (PMA), and the Digital Imaging Marketing Association
(DIMA).
Mr.
Boer is an alumnus of the University of Maryland located in
College Park, Maryland. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree
in marketing and international business. Mr. Boer has lived
in and traveled extensively through Europe.
