Shipping Information
Reports are available in PDF and/or hard copy format. All reports are shipped no charge by First Class US mail. If special shipping is requested, a shipping charge will be added. (Please note that reports are meant to be printed on a color printer. PDFs of large-format posters require a wide format color printer to print.) PDF reports are emailed when payment is received. Hard copy reports will ship within 48 hours of payment. Note: a 5% sales tax will be added to reports purchased by businesses located in Massachusetts.
