Since its inception in 1992, I.T. Strategies has tracked, analyzed and forecast digital printing market segments. We offer the following forecast publications for sale:

• Narrow Format Ink Jet, i.e., home ink jet
• Wide Format Ink Jet Graphics, i.e., poster printers

I.T. Strategies believes it offers the most comprehensive, worldwide industry forecasts available. Forecasts include annual sales (units and value) and collective installed base of hardware as well as usage volumes for appropriate media and chemistry.

The key objectives of each of these forecasts are:

• Estimate and forecast the worldwide and regional hardware market for digital color printers including annual unit shipments, average unit value, sales revenue and installed base for a five-year period.
• Estimate and forecast the worldwide and regional supplies market including media and chemistry for a five-year period. Media is forecast by dollar value, square feet, square meters, cut sheets (if appropriate). Chemistry is forecast by dollar value and liters.
• Estimate and forecast retail value of printed output, if appropriate to sector.

Regions of the world include: North America, Europe, Asia Pacific, Latin America and Rest of World. World Totals of all regions combined are included as well.

Media includes standard and high value paper, coated bond, coated photobase (if appropriate), film, vinyl and other.

Forecast Types & Segmentation

• Narrow Format Ink Jet Forecast - segmented by type of printer (standalone and MFP) as well as environment (SOHO and Office).
• Wide Format Ink Jet Graphics Forecast - segmented by type of technolgoy: Aqueous, Solvent, and Flatbed. Aqueous is further segmented by <$50,000 and >$50,000 price range. Flatbed is further segmented by <$200,000 and
  >$200,000 price range. China is presented as its own section due to vast differences in cost of hardware and consumables.
• Color Electrophotographic Forecast - segmented by Desktop Color Laser (8.5"x11" and 11"x17"), Connected Color Copiers (Low-end and High-End), and Digital Color Presses.
